Terms & Condition

1.Membership:

• Registration: To fully use the Services, you must register as a member by providing a user name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to MEPA and notify us if your information changes.
• User Name: We encourage you to use your real name. If you are a business, government, or non-profit entity, you must use the actual name of your organization. You may not use someone else's name, a name that violates any third party right, or a name that is obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by authorized or unauthorized users. You must not allow others to use your account credentials and you must safeguard the confidentiality of those credentials.

2.Under these Terms, you may upload only Photos, album and videos you created yourself.

• You must own or hold all necessary rights (copyrights, etc.) to your Photos, album and videos
• To take time for Uploading of Photos, album and videos depend on your computer configuration and Internet speed.
• We cannot accept responsibility for you-created errors to upload Photos, album and videos
•  Please preview your Photos, album and videos carefully and fix any errors prior to uploading Photos.

3.You cannot upload certain types of content:

• Third party copyrighted material.
• No sexually explicit material or pornography
• No Photos, album and videos that are hateful, harass others, violate someone's privacy, or include defamatory or discriminatory speech.
• Other Photos, album and videos that may give rise to a possible civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

4.Use of uploaded Photos , album and videos Event ID and Password:

• You choose exactly who sees your Photos. All Photos are password- protected.
• You can share Event ID and Password of uploaded Photos, album and videos to your customer, friends, family members etc. My e Photo Album doesn’t hold right, if user share their uploaded Photos, album and videos password with any malicious user.

5.About Your Account

• Your account with My e Photo Album is available for your personal use. We need to be able to access your account, and you hereby grant permission for us to access your account for the following reasons:
• To keep up our Service to you and develop and expand new and useful services and features;

• To follow a court order, complaint, or a legal request or inquiry from a governmental authority.

6.Canceling the Service

• My e Photo Album retains the right to cancel the Service, remove Photos, album and videos files in accounts or to discontinue accounts that have been idle for more than 180 days. We may do so at our sole discretion.

7.Limitation of Liability

• My e Photo Album is committed to your uploaded Photos, album and videos will be available for 180 days for viewing and selection at our server.

• MEPA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses; and
  • MEPA's total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to MEPA

8.Disclaimers

• MEPA reserves the right to modify the MEPA Services. You are responsible for providing your own access (e.g., computer, mobile device, Internet connection, etc.) to the Photos, album and videos Services. MEPA has no obligation to screen or monitor any content and does not guarantee that any content available on the Photos, album and videos Services complies with this Agreement or is suitable for all users.

9. All disputes are subjects to Jaipur jurisdictions only
